The content of post-sale service

[1] Be responsible for all the work concerning the transportation,
installation, commissioning and checking of the elevator until the
elevator is put in use.
[2] Be responsible for one year of maintainance after the elevator
is installed and accepted.
[3] All kinds of damaged accessories except done by person will be
changed without any charges in 18 months.
[4] Sign the long-term agreement for the elevator maintainance and
dispatch special person to the location to provide 24 hours'service.
[5] The quality workers in charge of installation and maintenance
will spot test the self-service of the maintainers aperiodically.
If the quality workers find the unqualified items, they will be returned
for repairs immediately.
[6] The filiale in charge of installment and maintainance will ask
the customer for the opinion concerning the regular service and the
sevice attitude termly after the elevator is installed and maintained. |
